It features telescopic side extensions that allow the rider to adjust the rack's width in seconds. To carry a wide travel bag or duffel, simply press the buttons, slide out the side extensions, and increase the usable area by 50%. For a clean look, simply slide the extensions back in, or remove the entire rack from the motorcycle in seconds. It has convenient attachment points for easy attachment of tie-down straps and bungee cords. It has a load capacity of up to 13.6 kg (29 lbs). Gloss black finish.

Harley-Davidson Touring models from model year 2009 onward (except Trike, FLTRUSE, and FLHTCUSE from 2009 to 2013) with a 4-point docking hardware kit. For FLHTC, FLHTCU, FLHTK, and FLTRU, the detachable Tour-Pak luggage rack kit (part number 53246-09A) is sold separately. For FLHX, FLTR, and FLTRX models, the antenna relocation kit (part number 76561-09) or the hidden antenna (part number 76000266) must be purchased separately. Some EU license plates on the FLHRC series may cause issues with the luggage rack. The motorcycle is designed to accommodate the internally wired LED lighting kit (part number 68065-10 or 68219-10, sold separately).
